The RCIE@UIBE is organizing an annual conference series. The conference series helps promote and encourage more research to the Chinese economy and its economic relations with the rest of the world. The conferences are usually held in Beijing in the summer.

The themes of the conferences are international trade/economics, with a special emphasis on the economic relations between China and the rest of the world.
